The Club World Cup knockout stage enters the quarter-final phase on Saturday. Fluminense and Al Hilal will fight in the first match of the day in Florida. A few hours later, Chelsea and Palmeiras will battle it out in Philadelphia. We have combed through the best betting sites in NZ to find the top football multi bet combo for these two games. Here’s what we recommend after our analysis.

Multi Bet Tip

Fluminense vs Al Hilal

Saturday July 5, 7am NZT, Camping World Stadium

Al Hilal caused one of the biggest upsets across betting apps after knocking out Premier League giants Manchester City. A 4-3 win against Pep Guardiola’s men has given them a Club World Cup quarter-final tie with Brazilian side Fluminense.

Fluminense also had the pleasure of beating a European giant in this tournament. They took out Inter Milan in the round of 16 and will fancy their chances against the Saudi outfit on Saturday. However, Al Hilal clearly have a stronger squad. So, we will anchor our multi by backing Al Hilal to beat Fluminense.

Fluminense vs Al Hilal

Saturday July 5, 7am NZT, Camping World Stadium

Bet365 is offering a solid 1.85x return for more than 2.5 goals to be scored in this match. Fluminense's defensive record has been quite impressive at the Club World Cup. They have conceded in only one game so far, and that was against Mamelodi Sundowns.

Al Hilal might find it intimidating that Fluminense have kept the likes of Borussia Dortmund and Inter Milan from scoring. However, Al-Za'eem have been quite resilient as well. They kept two clean-sheets in their four games and conceded only four goals overall. Three of those, however, were against Man City in the round-of-16. That kind of record makes this market a sensible bet to add in as the second leg of our multi.

Palmeiras vs Chelsea

Saturday July 5, 1:00pm NZT, Lincoln Financial Field

Palmeiras and Chelsea will meet in a recreation of the 2022 Club World Cup final on Saturday. Palmeiras dispatched fellow Brazilians Botafogo to get here, while Chelsea eliminated Benfica. This could be a close game and we believe it will end undecided after the first 90 minutes.

Both teams had to play beyond regulation time in their respective round-of-16 ties. Fluminense got the break in the 100th minute when Paulinho scored the decisive goal. Chelsea, meanwhile, ran riot after the match ended in 1-1 after 90 minutes.

Enzo Maresca’s side won’t be getting their key midfielder Moises Caicedo in this game. This could prompt them to adopt a more cautious approach.
