Football fans in New Zealand will get to enjoy the final Group G and Group H matches in the 2025 Club World Cup on Friday. As eight teams close out their group stage duties, there are plenty of betting prospects to explore across betting apps in NZ. We have taken a look at the latest odds and come up with a multi that offers a sweet $8.68 payout on Friday.

Multi Bet Tip

Juventus vs Manchester City

Friday June 27, 7am NZT, Camping World Stadium

Juventus and Manchester City meet in a Champions League-worthy fixture thousands of miles away from Europe on Friday morning. Both sides have secured their spots for the knockouts, so this will be a battle for the Group G top spot.

The best betting sites in NZ have priced City as the favourites in this match. However, both teams have gone through significant rebuilds over the summer. It should be a tight fixture, with goals at a premium.

We believe betting on less than 2.5 goals to be scored is a smart punt for this clash. Juve have conceded only once so far, while the Citizens are yet to see their net bulge this tournament. Both sides are unlikely to take their foot off the pedal defensively as the knockout rounds are in sight.

Wydad AC vs Al Ain

Friday June 27, 7am NZT, Audi Field

With nothing but pride on the line, Wydad AC and Al Ain will meet at Audi Field for the other Group G clash on Friday. Both teams have already crashed out of the competition, but football betting sites still see plenty of betting value in this matchup.

Al Ain shipped 11 goals in their matches against Juventus and Manchester City, and scored none in return. Wydad AC put up a more formidable display as they lost 2-0 City and 1-4 to Juventus.

Based on what we have seen so far, Wydad AC should be able to claim the bragging rights in this match.

RB Salzburg vs Real Madrid

Friday June 27, 1pm NZT, Lincoln Financial Field

It’s all to play for on Thursday as Red Bull Salzburg and Real Madrid battle for a spot in the last 16 of the Club World Cup. Xabi Alonso’s side top Group H heading into the final match, but Salzburg are level on points and hot on their heels.

It can be argued that we didn’t see the best version of either of these two teams in the Club World Cup. Madrid have been shaky at the back, but they have the firepower to breach the Leipzig defence. So, backing both teams to score is a solid betting option.
