I’m expecting a fairly comfortable morning for the visitors. Burton Albion have been leaking goals at home regularly this season. Against a Premier League attack I just can’t see them keeping a clean sheet. I’m backing a dominant performance from start to finish.

Next up, Salford City are visiting the Etihad Stadium. This is a nightmare for any lower-league side, as Manchester City don’t go easy on anyone in the cup. They’ll be looking to put on a show for the home crowd, and with their current goal-scoring form, should make this one hard going for Salford’s defence.

I’ve seen some decent value on betting apps for a high-scoring game. Manchester City have too much class in attack to be kept quiet, so I won’t be surprised if they bag four or five goals here. I’m taking over 3.5 goals for the second leg of this multi.

While I don’t expect the visitors to win, I do think they’ve got enough quality to nick a goal. Brighton & Hove Albion will play high and press, which usually leaves gaps for the clinical Liverpool forwards to exploit. I’m taking the extra value on both teams to score along with the home win. 

This is one of my top picks for the weekend because the price is massive for a result that feels very likely.
