Manchester United
Since stepping in as Manchester United’s head coach a year ago, Amorim has finally put together his first five-match unbeaten run. His side has picked up three wins and two draws in their last five matches.
Amorim won the Premier League Manager of the Month Award for United's successful run in October. But, a draw against second-to-bottom Nottingham Forest has let some of the old anxiety seep back in.
Team News: Benjamin Sesko has not returned to training since coming off with a knee injury against Tottenham Hotspur right before the international break.
Predicted Lineup: Lammens; Yoro, De Ligt, Shaw; Amad, Casemiro, Fernandes, Dalot; Mbeumo, Mazraoui; Cunha.
Everton
Moyes’ second spell at Everton has produced a steady start to life at the Hill Dickinson Stadium, with the Toffees picking up four wins, four draws and three defeats. Statistically, Everton have outperformed their last season’s points tally by 50%.
The best betting sites in NZ, however, still consider them the underdogs ahead of their trip to Old Trafford. They have failed to take any points from their three matches played against Big 6 opponents. The Toffees will be desperate to change that on Monday.
Team News: Everton came out of the international break without any fresh injury concerns. However, long-term absentees Jarrad Branthwaite and Nathan Patterson are still nowhere near a return.
Predicted Lineup: Pickford; O'Brien, Keane, Tarkowski, Mykolenko; Garner, Gueye; Ndiaye, Dewsbury-Hall, Grealish; Beto.
