Champions League: PSG vs Bayern Munich
The Champions League is about to witness a huge battle. Paris Saint-Germain, the reigning champions, will attempt something no side in Europe has pulled off this season - defeating Bayern Munich.
Both clubs have swept through their opening three Champions League fixtures without dropping a point, and they're level on goal difference too at +10.

PSG vs Bayern Munich Analysis
PSG
Chaotic would be an understatement to describe PSG’s last Champions League outing. Nine goals, two penalties, two red cards - not even the most experienced football betting enthusiast had seen that coming.
PSG had put Barcelona to the sword earlier at Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys - even without several key players. They are also at the top of the Ligue 1 standings, as expected, with a two point lead over Marseille.
Luis Enrique’s side did appear to have lost some steam in recent weeks. They have managed to win only three of their last six matches. The alarm bells shouldn't be ringing at Parc des Princes by any means, but for a team of PSG's calibre, that's a poor return.
Team News: Fabian Ruiz and Joao Neves are out with muscle injuries.
Predicted Lineup: Chevalier; Hakimi, Zabarnyi, Pacho, Mendes; Zaire-Emery, Vitinha; Mayulu, Kvaratskhelia, Doue, Barcola.
Bayern Munich
Bayern Munich are dominating the Bundesliga - that’s nothing new for sure. The way they have been doing it this season, however, deserves recognition. Nine games, 34 goals with only four conceded - Vincent Kompany’s side have destroyed everyone that has come their way so far.
Sports betting apps also considered the Bavarians favourites for Champions League glory this season. So far, they have been dominant in Europe as well, with 13 goals scored across three matches with only two conceded.
Bayern have netted three or more goals in 13 of their last 14 matches – the only exception being a 2-1 victory over Borussia Dortmund in the recent Der Klassiker.
Team News: Hiroki Ito has been struggling with a foot injury lately. The centre-back might not be able to make the mid-week trip to Paris.
Predicted Lineup: Neuer, Guerreiro, Upamecano, Tah, Laimer; Kimmich, Pavlovic, Olise, Karl, Diaz; Kane.
PSG vs Bayern Munich Stats and Trends
- Bayern Munich have won in their last three trips to Parc des Princes.
- 36 goals have been scored in the 16 competitive fixtures these two teams have played before.
- Bayern Munich have won in four of their last five matches against PSG.
PSG vs Bayern Munich Prediction
PSG must have been eager to play another Bundesliga side after dismantling Bayer Leverkusen 7-2. The Parisians, however, now face the very best Germany has to offer.
There are a lot of similarities between these two sides. Both are leaders in their respective leagues, have been scoring for fun, and have had strong starts in Europe as well.
PSG did see off Bayern Munich in their most recent meeting - a Stateside clash during the Club World Cup. The Bavarians have massively improved since the start of the season, however. So, PSG might face an even sterner test than what they did in the summer.
We believe Bayern Munich have been too good this season, and we don’t even see an incredible PSG side stopping them.
Bayern Munich have won in their last three away matches against PSG. The Parisians have largely improved under Enrique as well, but there seems to be a slight dip in their performances. Perhaps that tips the tie of the balance towards the visitors.

Harry Kane to Score First @ $6.00
Harry Kane has already scored 21 goals this season and we are still in November. The Englishman has a knack of scoring in big matches, and given the form that he is in, we believe Kane has a great chance to open the score in Paris. With odds of $6 at Bet and Play, it’s a punt we’re happy to recommend.
