Football Multi Bet: $10.32 Tip for Sunday

This Sunday’s Premier League football multi bet has serious potential. I’ve found three matches where I reckon football bookmakers have got their odds all wrong. I’m combining a goals market at Anfield with two away wins that look underpriced on NZ betting sites, with a return of just over 10x if all three land.

Multi Bet Tip

Liverpool vs West Ham

Sunday March 1, 4:00am NZT, Anfield

Liverpool have won their last two league matches without conceding, beating Sunderland and Nottingham Forest 1-0 either side of an FA Cup win over Brighton. That kind of run at Anfield makes them extremely hard to go against. West Ham are 18th with just 25 points and only six wins all season, so expecting anything other than a home victory here feels optimistic at best.

That said, I’m adding BTTS to pump up the odds a little here. West Ham are scrapping for survival and simply can’t sit in and hope for a point. Teams with their backs to the wall tend to throw caution out the window, and I reckon they’ll get at least one chance they convert.

Liverpool will have too much firepower for them overall, but a fourth consecutive clean sheet against a side playing with that kind of desperation? I don’t buy it. My football tips here are a home win with goals at both ends.

Burnley vs Brentford

Sunday March 1, 4:00am NZT, Turf Moor

Burnley have managed two wins from their last 10 and arrive at Turf Moor with a lengthy injury list. They’re second from bottom for a reason. Brentford thumped them 3-1 in the reverse fixture and I can’t see a world where that doesn’t happen again.

Brentford sit seventh and are chasing European football. Six wins from their last 10 speaks to how consistent they’ve been. In particular, Igor Thiago and Dango Ouattara have been clinical in front of goal. Playing Burnley at their home ground can be a grind, but Brentford’s dominance of possession should take the heat out of any early pressure. I’m confident backing the away win.

Leeds vs Man City

Sunday March 1, 6:30am NZT, Elland Road

Man City are second, five points off Arsenal but with a game in hand. They’ve won four of their last six in the league, including a 2-1 win over Newcastle recently. I’ve had a look at the odds on betting apps and the away win at $2.15 feels like good value for a side chasing the title.

Leeds have drawn four of their last six, and while that shows grit, it also shows they struggle to get results over the line. The reverse fixture at the Etihad finished 3-2 after a late winner, so Dominic Calvert-Lewin and co. will fancy causing problems. But Man City have scored two or more in five of their last six, and that attacking form should be enough to get the job done at Elland Road. I’m backing the visitors to wrap up this multi.
