Football Multi Bet

I’ve been crunching the numbers for the midweek fixtures in the Premier League and I’ve found a multi that’s too good to ignore. There’s some serious value on NZ betting sites if these results fall the right way. I’m zeroing in on three matches where the stats point to one outcome, and I’m feeling pretty confident about ending the week on a high with this football multi bet.

Multi Bet Tip

Manchester City vs Brighton

Thursday January 8, 8:30am NZT, Etihad Stadium

City are coming into this one after a frustrating 1–1 draw with Chelsea, and I expect them to come out swinging. They’ve dropped points in two straight games now, which isn’t something you see often from a Guardiola side. Brighton are tidy, but they tend to leave gaps when they try to play out from the back, and City’s press will be relentless.

I reckon we’re in for a high–scoring affair. City need to make a statement, and Erling Haaland is due a big morning after being kept relatively quiet on Sunday. I’m backing a home win with plenty of goals to get our multi off to a strong start.

Fulham vs Chelsea

Thursday January 8, 8:30am NZT, Craven Cottage

Next up is a West London derby that always produces drama. Fulham were brilliant in their 2–2 draw with Liverpool most recently, showing they aren’t afraid to take on the big boys. Chelsea, meanwhile, will be buzzing after nabbing a point at the Etihad in the dying seconds of their latest outing.

Both teams are looking sharp in attack but a bit less reliable at the back. When I look at football betting markets for this one, I can’t see anything other than goals at both ends. Neither side is keeping clean sheets regularly, so I’m sticking with both teams to score for my second leg.

Bournemouth vs Tottenham

Thursday January 8, 8:30am NZT, Vitality Stadium

Finally, we head to the south coast where Bournemouth host Tottenham. The Cherries gave Arsenal a real scare on Saturday, only losing 3–2, but they used up so much energy playing that way that I think they’ll struggle with this short turnaround. Tottenham were held to a draw by Sunderland, which was a major letdown for them.

Spurs have too much quality to stay down for long though, and their counter–attacking pace will be a nightmare for the Bournemouth high line. I’ve checked betting apps in NZ and the price for an away win makes sense to me. I’m picking Tottenham to get back on track and round out this multi for us.
