THE DANGER – Glacial Storm

Glacial Storm is another who represents a powerful yard and his run on debut where he finished third was more than respectable. He can take a leap forward here and at double the price could be worth consideration.

VALUE BET – Watch Me Go

Although this race is deep, siding with experience can be a good thing. Watch Me Go has had two runs and placed third on each occasion. He is up against some strong opposition but could run a big race at a bit of a price.

BEST BET – Kitten Heels 

Our next best bet comes in the shape of Kitten Heels and there is a hope that she can improve on her debut run which came at the track two weeks ago. Positioned as the favourite she showed notable signs of greenness but still ran well to place. Hopefully with that experience now behind her, there could be more to come.

THE DANGER – King’s English

King’s English will likely start the race as the favourite. Represented by powerful connections, he has placed third in both of his starts to date. Whilst there is improvement needed, this race won’t take a great deal of winning and as long as he breaks well, he has to hold a live chance.

VALUE BET – I’ll Be Home Soon

I’ll Be Home Soon will be making his first start and there has been plenty of market support for this newcomer. This race is pretty weak, and he won’t have to be too special to be in with a shout. Worth a market check, how he settles will be key.

BEST BET – I Am Nutz

I Am Nutz is the tentative favourite for the final race of the day, and you can see why. A winner of two of his eight starts he is another great contender for the duo of Mike Walker and Sam Bergerson. He drops down in class here and should give this field plenty to think about.

THE DANGER – Acapalago

Acapalago is another class dropper, and his chances must be respected. He has amassed the most prize money in the field, but has now gone four runs without a victory. Conditions should suit and another big run can be expected.

VALUE BET – Zerre

Zerre is our long shot of the day. Having gone nine runs without a victory, she finally managed to break her duck at the tenth time of asking with a victory at Avondale three weeks ago. Whilst there is no guarantee that she will follow up, she is only four and could be capable of improvement. Her odds look long and another good run could be just around the corner.
