NRL 2026 Round 10 – Betting Tips & Predictions

NRL 2026 Round 10
We were treated to a few high-scoring affairs last time out, and another loss to the Storm sees them seemingly cemented in 16th spot on the ladder. The Dragons finally have some points on the board, thanks to their bye last round. We’ve got a few clashes this round between teams inside the top eight against those in the bottom nine, which always tends to spring up interesting results.

Dolphins vs Canterbury Bulldogs
The Dolphins and Bulldogs kick things off for us on Thursday night, and they are sitting right next to each other on the ladder as well. The 11th-placed Dolphins were finally able to get back on track last time out, beating the Storm 28-10, which was after losses to the likes of the Warriors, Panthers, Sea Eagles and Broncos. The Bulldogs haven’t been much better recently; they have lost four of their last five games, including their last three in a row.
Kodi Nikorima is back from suspension for the Dolphins, and Harry Hayes also returns from suspension for the Bulldogs. However, both Kurt Mann and Jake Turpin are now out for the Bulldogs. These two teams played each other only once last year, and it was the Dolphins that piled on the points, winning 44-8. Playing at home, I have to give the edge to the Dolphins for this clash.
Predicted Squads
Dolphins - Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow, Jamayne Isaako, Jack Bostock, Herbie Farnworth, Selwyn Cobbo, Kodi Nikorima, Isaiya Katoa, Tom Gilbert, Max Plath, Francis Molo, Connelly Lemuelu, Kulikefu Finefeuiaki, Morgan Knowles, Ray Stone, Tom Flegler, Felise Kaufusi, Brad Schneider, Lewis Symonds & Tevita Naufahu
Canterbury Bulldogs - Connor Tracey, Jonathan Sua, Bronson Xerri, Stephen Crichton, Enari Tuala, Matt Burton, Lachlan Galvin, Samuel Hughes, Bailey Hayward, Leo Thompson, Sitili Tupouniua, Jacob Preston, Jaeman Salmon, Harry Hayes, Josh Curran, Lipoi Hopoi, Sean O'Sullivan, Marcelo Montoya & Alekolasimi Jones
Sydney Roosters vs Gold Coast Titans
The Roosters come into this one as the heavy favourites over the Titans. This game is at Gosford, and the Roosters have won their last five games in a row over the likes of the Sea Eagles, Sharks, Knights, Dragons and Broncos. Meanwhile, it’s been a little bit of a mixed bag for the Titans, who have won two of their last five games; they have also lost their last two in a row against the Warriors and Raiders.
We’ve seen the Roosters pile on the points throughout this season, and they’re currently sitting fourth for the most points scored, with 253, while the Titans have only scored 158. The Titans did get the better of the Roosters the last time they played each other in 2025, winning 30-12, but I think things will change here. The Roosters will have to do it without several stars, though, with Lindsay Collins and Mark Nawaquanitawase both out.

Predicted Squads
Sydney Roosters - James Tedesco, Daniel Tupou, Hugo Savala, Robert Toia, Tommy Talau, Daly Cherry-Evans, Sam Walker, Naufahu Whyte, Reece Robson, Spencer Leniu, Angus Crichton, Siua Wong, Victor Radley, Connor Watson, Salesi Foketi, Nat Butcher, Benaiah Ioelu, Egan Butcher & Billy Smith
Gold Coast Titans - Keano Kini, Jaylan De Groot, Jojo Fifita, AJ Brimson, Phillip Sami, Lachlan Ilias, Jayden Campbell, Moeaki Fotuaika, Sam Verrills, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui, Arama Hau, Beau Fermor, Chris Randall, Oliver Pascoe, Cooper Bai, Kurtis Morrin, Klese Haas, Sialetili Faeamani & Josh Patston
North Queensland Cowboys vs Parramatta Eels
The Cowboys have either been hot or cold so far this season, and they seem to be on a hot run at the moment, winning four of their last five games. In Round 10, they come up against the lowly Eels, who have won just one of their last five games. Last time out, the Cowboys beat the Bulldogs, 28-12, while the Eels went down to the Warriors, 14-36. With this one in North Queensland, it looks like a tough ask for the Eels.
For the Cowboys, it looks like Jeremiah Nanai may have reinjured his shoulder and could be up for some time on the sidelines. Ryley Smith is likely out for the Eels after a nasty sternum injury. The Eels have actually won the last two meetings with the Cowboys, but these look like two different sides now. I would have to say the Cowboys should win this, but they are a tad unreliable, so I’ll be playing it safe and just taking them for the outright win and not their handicap.
Predicted Squads
North Queensland Cowboys - Scott Drinkwater, Braidon Burns, Jaxon Purdue, Tom Chester, Zac Laybutt, Jake Clifford, Tom Dearden, Coen Hess, Reed Mahoney, Jason Taumalolo, Heilum Luki, Thomas Mikaele, Reuben Cotter, Soni Luke, Sam McIntyre, Griffin Neame, Matthew Lodge, Kaiden Lahrs & Mason Barber
Parramatta Eels - Joash Papali'i, Brian Kelly, Will Penisini, Sean Russell, Josh Addo-Carr, Jonah Pezet, Mitchell Moses, Luca Moretti, Tallyn Da Silva, Junior Paulo, Kelma Tuilagi, Jack Williams, Dylan Walker, Charlie Guymer, Saxon Pryke, Toni Mataele, Ronald Volkman, Jack De Belin & Apa Twidle
Key NRL Betting Influencers - Round 10
A lot is happening this round, but here are the key factors that will most likely impact your bets:
- Both the Dolphins and Bulldogs haven’t been playing their best footy lately. Both with a few key exclusions for the Bulldogs, and the fact that this game will be played at Suncorp Stadium, I’m leaning towards the Dolphins.
- The Dragons are back from their bye, and they’ll take on the virtually full-strength Knights on Saturday. The Knights got the win last time out, and I think they’ll be building on that form here.
- The Rabbitohs welcome the Sharks to Accor Stadium on Saturday. Even though the Sharks have won the last two meetings with the Rabbitohs, I think it’s the home team that’ll score the win, as the more consistent side.
Multi of the Week
My multi of the week comes across three different games in Round 10:

St. George Illawarra Dragons vs Newcastle Knights
The Dragons are back from their bye, and hopefully that means new coach Dean Young has had some productive time to get the team in order. They come up against the Knights, who, not that long ago, were sitting in the top four. Now, they’re down in 10th, but they managed to pull out a win over the Rabbitohs last time out in a high-scoring affair, putting an end to their three-game losing streak.
The main problem for their Dragons has to be their attack, and they’ve only scored 114 points so far this season. Kalyn Ponga made his return for the Knights last time out, and the team is virtually back to full strength. We all know what the Knights could do when at full strength, so even though this one is in Wollongong, it’s hard to go against the Knights. The Knights could also be piling on the points in this game.
Predicted Squads
St. George Illawarra Dragons - Tyrell Sloan, Setu Tu, Moses Suli, Valentine Holmes, Mathew Feagai, Daniel Atkinson, Kade Reed, Emre Guler, Damien Cook, Toby Couchman, Luciano Leilua, Ryan Couchman, Hamish Stewart, Josh Kerr, Loko Jnr Pasifiki Tonga, Blake Lawrie, Jacob Halanaghu, Dylan Egan & Jacob Liddle
Newcastle Knights - Kalyn Ponga, Dominic Young, Dane Gagai, Bradman Best, Greg Marzhew, Fletcher Sharpe, Dylan Brown, Jacob Saifiti, Phoenix Crossland, Trey Mooney, Dylan Lucas, Jermaine McEwen, Mat Croker, Sandon Smith, Tyson Frizell, Thomas Cant, Fletcher Hunt, Harrison Graham & Francis Manuleleua
South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Cronulla Sharks
This shapes up to be one of the more interesting clashes on the cards for this round as the Rabbitohs welcome the Sharks to Accor Stadium. The Rabbitohs are sitting in fourth spot on the ladder, but did go down to the Knights last time out, 38-42. The Sharks put an end to their two-game losing streak with a dominant win over the Tigers at home, 52-10. Both teams have won three of their last five games.
Jack Wighton is out for the Bunnies after breaking his arm in the game against the Knights. For the Sharks, we should see Jesse Ramien return to the field after overcoming his knee injury. The Sharks have won their last two games over the Rabbitohs, but this is now a fully humming Rabbitoh team. They almost got the job done over the Knights last time out, and I think they’ll be keen to get back on the winning track.
Predicted Squads
South Sydney Rabbitohs - Matt Dufty, Alex Johnston, Latrell Mitchell, Campbell Graham, Moala Graham-Taufa, Cody Walker, Jamie Humphreys, Tevita Tatola, Bronson Garlick, Sean Keppie, Keaon Koloamatangi, Tallis Duncan, Cameron Murray, Peter Mamouzelos, Lachlan Hubner, Euan Aitken, Liam Le Blanc, Jayden Sullivan & Latrell Seigwalt
Cronulla Sharks - Will Kennedy, Mawene Hiroti, Jesse Ramien, KL Iro, Sam Stonestreet, Braydon Trindall, Nicho Hynes, Addin Fonua-Blake, Blayke Brailey, Toby Rudolf, Briton Nikora, Teig Wilton, Cam McInnes, Jesse Colquhoun, Billy Burns, Oregon Kaufusi, Thomas Hazelton, Siosifa Talakai & Hohepa Puru
Manly Sea Eagles vs Brisbane Broncos
The Sea Eagles were handed their first loss under new coach Kieran Foran, but they were far from disgraced against the Panthers, going down 16-18. Now, they’re up against the Broncos at 4 Pines Park. The Broncos welcomed back a few of their key players last time out, but couldn’t get the job done on the road over the Roosters. They have now won three of their last four games.
Jamal Fogarty was a late scratching for the Sea Eagles game against the Panthers, and it may be a game-day decision again this round. Kobe Hetherington will also miss this game for the Sea Eagles after a Category 1 HIA. In a massive blow to the Broncos, captain Adam Reynolds failed his HIA and is out for this game. Deine Mariner is also out after emergency surgery on his leg.

Predicted Squads
Manly Sea Eagles - Tolu Koula, Jason Saab, Clayton Faulalo, Reuben Garrick, Lehi Hopoate, Luke Brooks, Jamal Fogarty, Taniela Paseka, Brandon Wakeham, Jake Trbojevic, Haumole Olakau'atu, Ben Trbojevic, Ethan Bullemor, Jake Simpkin, Nathan Brown, Simione Laiafi, Siosiua Taukeiaho, Blake Wilson & Joey Walsh
Brisbane Broncos - Reece Walsh, Josiah Karapani, Jesse Arthars, Gehamat Shibasaki, Hayze Perham, Ezra Mam, Thomas Duffy, Ben Talty, Cory Paix, Jack Gosiewski, Xavier Willison, Jordan Riki, Pat Carrigan, Josh Rogers, Preston Riki, Jaiyden Hunt, Aublix Tawha, Va'a Semu & Antonio Verhoeven
Melbourne Storm vs Wests Tigers
Kicking things off on Sunday is the Storm and Tigers. The Storm are in uncharted waters after losing seven games in a row; their last win was over the Dragons in Round 2! They have never lost seven games in a row, but at least they’re back at home for this game against the Tigers, right? The Tigers have slipped down to fifth spot on the ladder after suffering a massive defeat at the hands of the Sharks, 10-52.
In some welcome news for the Storm, Jahrome Hughes looks set to return. For the Tigers, the injuries have really started to mount up. In the last game, we saw both Adam Doueihi and Samuela Fainu go down with an injury. Co-captain Api Koroisau is also still out, but at least Kai Pearce-Paul is back. Things are getting more desperate by the day for the Storm, and with so many injuries for the Tigers, I think they’ll finally get back into the winner’s circle.
Predicted Squads
Melbourne Storm - Sua Fa'alogo, Will Warbrick, Jack Howarth, Nick Meaney, Hugo Peel, Cameron Munster, Jahrome Hughes, Stefano Utoikamanu, Harry Grant, Josh King, Shawn Blore, Ativalu Lisati, Trent Loiero, Trent Toelau, Joe Chan, Davvy Moale, Alec MacDonald, Cooper Clark & Manaia Waitere
Wests Tigers - Sunia Turuva, Faaletino Tavana, Taylan May, Starford To'a, Luke Laulilii, Jarome Luai, Jock Madden, Terrell May, Tristan Hope, Fonua Pole, Tony Sukkar, Kai Pearce-Paul, Alex Twal, Latu Fainu, Sione Fainu, Royce Hunt, Alex Seyfarth, Bunty Afoa & Jeral Skelton
Canberra Raiders vs Penrith Panthers
To wrap up Round 10, we have the Raiders up against the Panthers at GIO Stadium. The Raiders seem to finally be putting things together, and while they sit down in 13th spot on the ladder, they have won three of their last four games, which include wins over the Rabbitohs, Storm and Titans. This will be a different level, though, as the Panthers are sitting pretty at the top of the table.
The Panthers haven’t exactly been putting teams away as of late, though (other than the Knights). Last time out, they beat the Sea Eagles by just two points, three games back, they beat the Dolphins in golden point, and the game before that, they lost to the Bulldogs, 16-32. Hudson Young will make his return for the Raiders, and Ethan Strange could be back as well after being pulled late before the Round 9 game.
Predicted Squads
Canberra Raiders - Kaeo Weekes, Savelio Tamale, Sebastian Kris, Matthew Timoko, Jed Stuart, Ethan Strange, Ethan Sanders, Corey Horsburgh, Tom Starling, Joe Tapine, Ata Mariota, Hudson Young, Simi Sasagi, Jayden Brailey, Daine Laurie, Morgan Smithies, Jordan Uta, Owen Pattie & Chevy Stewart
Penrith Panthers - Dylan Edwards, Thomas Jenkins, Paul Alamoti, Casey McLean, Brian To'o, Blaize Talagi, Nathan Cleary, Moses Leota, Freddy Lussick, Lindsay Smith, Isaiah Papali'i, Luke Garner, Isaah Yeo, Jack Cole, Scott Sorensen, Kalani Going, Billy Phillips, Izack Tago & Jaxen Edgar
