NRL 2026 Round 15 – Betting Tips & Predictions

We’ve got five games this round, and it all begins on Thursday night with an intriguing match between the Rabbitohs and Broncos. The Origin period is notoriously difficult to predict, as we never really know what we’re going to get. There were some great battles last round, so more of the same would be great in Round 15!

Kicking off Round 15 are the Rabbitohs and Broncos. Both teams have been on struggle street as of late. The Rabbitohs have won just one of their last five games, and the Broncos have lost their last five. The Broncos lost their last two games to the Titans and Dragons, teams that are sitting at the bottom of the ladder. That isn’t really a good look, now, is it? These two teams have split their last two games against each other.

For the Rabbitohs, Cameron Murray is out on Origin duty, but we should see Euan Aitken back in the fold. Meanwhile, for the Broncos, we’ll see a lot of different faces in the starting lineup. The likes of Payne Haas, Kotoni Staggs and Reece Walsh are all out on Origin duties. Plus, the injuries haven’t helped them either, with both Pat Carrigan and Gehamat Shibasaki out injured.

The Dolphins are looking more and more like a serious contender this year, and they’re currently sitting in fifth spot on the ladder. They do take on the Roosters, who are in third, but if there’s any time to take on a team like the Roosters, it’s right now. They’re probably the team that’s most impacted by Origin. Lindsay Collins, James Tedesco, Mark Nawaqanitawase, Reece Robson, Victor Radley, and Sam Walker are all out for Origin!

The last time the Dolphins lost was back in Round 8, when they went down to the Warriors 18-20, meaning they’ve won their last five games in a row. But they’ll be without a lot of their stars as well, thanks to Origin. The likes of Hamiso Tabuai-Fidow, Selwyn Cobbo, Tom Flegler, Kulikefu Finefeuiaki and Max Plath are all out. So, with two teams that are badly down on troops, who’ll come out on top? I have to stick with the home team for this one!

A lot is happening this round, but here are the key factors that will most likely impact your bets:

1. So many players are out for the Broncos thanks to Origin, and they take on the Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium. Both teams have been performing poorly recently, but the Rabbitohs should turn it around here.
2. The Warriors are fresh off their bye and will be desperate to get back to their winning ways against the Sharks. Playing in New Zealand, I think the Warriors will have a little too much for the Cronulla side.
3. The Tigers have been very poor in their last few games, and along with the mountain of injuries piling up, Api Koroisau is out on Origin duties. They are playing at Leichhardt Oval, but I just can’t back them.

Multi of the Week

My multi of the week comes across three different games in Round 15:

• Leg 1 - South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Brisbane Broncos
• Leg 2 - New Zealand Warriors vs Cronulla Sharks
• Leg 3 - Wests Tigers vs Gold Coast Titans

The Warriors are fresh from their bye, and they welcome the Sharks to Go Media Stadium on Saturday evening. It was a bad time for the Warriors to have their bye, considering they’d have time to stew on their two-point loss to the Panthers, which was an epic game. The Sharks have been flying as of late as well, winning four of their last five clashes. Both teams are in the top eight, with the Warriors in second and the Sharks in sixth.

Kurt Capewell and Mitch Barnett are both out for the Warriors on Origin duties. Meanwhile, Charnze Nicoll-Klokstad could return from his neck injury this week. For the Sharks, they’ll be without both Addin Fonua-Blake and Briton Nikora due to Origin. Nicho Hynes is out as well due to injury, but Jesse Ramien and Sione Katoa are both a chance to return. The Warriors and Sharks have already played each other once this season, and it was a 26-22 victory for the Sharks.

Wrapping up Saturday’s action sees the Eels welcome the Raiders to CommBank Stadium. The Eels are sitting in the second-last spot on the ladder, and honestly, the Raiders aren’t doing much better either, sitting in 14th spot. The Eels went down in a close one last time out, 12-14, to the Bulldogs, and they’ve lost four of their last five games. The Raiders were bad at home last time out against the Roosters, not managing to score a single point, 0-26.

The Raiders have got the better of the Eels in the last two times they’ve played, and by big margins, 40-16 and 50-12. Mitchell Moses is back in Origin camp for the Eels, and he’ll be joined by Ethan Strange and Hudson Young, who are out for the Raiders. In better news for the Raiders, we could see Sebastian Kris return from a concussion, and Josh Papalii may make an appearance as well.

Remember when the Tigers were in the top two? Oh, how the tables have turned now. We can’t blame one player, but the Tigers are 66-226 in terms of points for and against since Jarome Laui signed with the PNG Chiefs! They’ve now dropped down to 10th spot on the ladder and have won just one of the last five games. Obviously, it’s not just the fact they’re losing, it’s the way they’re losing that’s by far the most concerning.

They now head to the Eighth Wonder of the World (i.e. Leichhardt Oval) for a clash with the Titans to round out Round 15. The Titans got a surprising win over the Broncos last time out, 28-23. However, they’ll be without two of their best players, Tino Fa'asuamaleaui and Jojo Fifita, who both enter Origin camp. For the Tigers, the injuries continue to pile up, plus their captain, Api Koroisau, is out on Origin duties as well.
