South Sydney Rabbitohs vs Newcastle Knights
September 11th, 21:50, Allianz Stadium
The Rabbitohs and Knights kick off the finals series, and the Rabbitohs have some great form coming into this game, winning four of their last five. Meanwhile, the Knights have lost their last two in a row, but did have the bye in the final round of the regular season.
In their last few games, the Rabbitohs have been piling on the points (while also conceding a few to boot). Their last three scorelines were 50-20, 42-22, and 26-45. Also, looking at the last two times these sides have played each other (both in 2026), the scores finished at 26-24 (Rabbitohs win) and 42-38 (Knights win).
Take the total points over 47.5 @ NZ$1.90.
New Zealand Warriors vs Dolphins
September 12th, 18:05, Go Media Stadium
The Warriors finished top two, and that’s all that really matters as they have a home final up until the Grand Final. They have won 10-2 at home, but the Dolphins have been good on the road, winning 9-3. We might see a few changes for the Warriors especially, with Leka Halasima, Kurt Capewell, and Wayde Egan all looking set to return.
These two sides have already played each other twice this season, and both ended up in a two-point win (once to the Dolphins in Round 17, and the other to the Warriors in Round 8). The winner of each was the home side. The Dolphins are good enough to keep this close, but the Warriors should triumph at home.
Take the Warriors to win @ NZ$1.61.
Cronulla Sharks vs North Queensland Cowboys
September 12th, 21:50, Allianz Stadium
These are two teams that haven’t exactly been consistent all season. The Sharks especially have looked a little lost on the field without Braydon Trindall. But it looks like the star five-eighth could make his return in this must-win clash. The Sharks have won just one of their last five, and the Cowboys, just two.
Jeremiah Nanai and Griffin Neame should be back for the Cowboys as well. These two sides played each other back in Round 8, and the Cowboys got the win in a high-scoring affair, 46-34. This one looks like a toss of the coin, with both sides having the potential for greatness (or to put out a stinker). Take the Cowboys to keep this one close, at least.
Take the Cowboys to cover the +7.5 spread @ NZ$1.90.
