Parramatta Eels vs South Sydney Rabbitohs

  • Parramatta Eels
  • South Sydney Rabbitohs NRL

June 25th, 21:50, CommBank Stadium

Both the Eels and Rabbitohs had their bye last round, and the Eels will be looking for back-to-back wins for just the second time this season. The Rabbitohs haven’t exactly been firing as of late either, but they do seem to be the more consistent team, with bigger stars.

It would have been good to have Latrell Mitchell back for this one, but the star injured his calf in training on Monday and will continue to sit on the sidelines. I think this one could be close, with the Eels giving the Rabbitohs a run for their money, but in the end, the Bunnies should get up.

Take the Rabbitohs to win @ NZ$1.44.

Brisbane Broncos vs Sydney Roosters

  • Brisbane Broncos NRL
  • Sydney Roosters NRL

June 26th, 22:00, Suncorp Stadium

Heading to Suncorp Stadium now, and boy, do the Broncos need a win. The home side has lost their last six games in a row, and the last time they won was when they beat the Roosters in Round 9, what a coincidence! If the Broncos still want to remain in contention for a deep run into the finals, they need to win this.

The Roosters may be sitting in the top four, but they haven’t exactly been consistent as of late. They got back to their winning ways with a victory over the Sharks last time out, and have now won two of their last three. The weather looks good in Brisbane for Friday night, and these two seem to pile on the points when they play each other.

Take total tries over 8.5 @ NZ$1.69.

North Queensland Cowboys vs Penrith Panthers

  • North Queensland Cowboys NRL
  • Penrith Panthers NRL

June 27th, 19:30, Queensland Country Bank Stadium

Wrapping up my multi with the Cowboys up against the Panthers. The Cowboys are sitting just outside the top eight but face a tough opponent in the Panthers. It’s not just the Panthers, though; it’s the Panthers after a loss. The Panthers typically put in a stellar performance straight after a loss.

Meanwhile, the Cowboys’ inconsistent run continues, as they have now lost their last three in a row. This one may be up at Queensland Country Bank Stadium, but I’m sniffing a statement win for the Panthers, who have only lost two games so far this season. The Panthers could get out to a lead and just keep the points coming.

Take the Panthers’ total points over 34.5 @ NZ$2.66
