Quick Analysis:

Kranrich has been close multiple times so far this prep, but is still looking for that win. After a hat-trick of placings, I think he’ll finally break through for the win here. He has a decent overall career record of 16:4-3-5 and does perform well on Soft-rated tracks (record of 7:2-2-2). He’s starting to get a bit skinny around the price, but as long as it stays around the $2.60 mark, jump on.

Quick Analysis:

We see a decent field for this one in Armidale, and I’m tipping Zelestial to topple the favourite Visualise. Put a line through the mare’s last run; she missed the start and was never really able to get going. Before that run, she won at Dubbo by almost 3L. She already has a placing at this track during this prep, and she draws fairly well, so there’s a lot to like.

Quick Analysis:

Heading back to Wagga for my last best bet of the day, and I’m siding with Tassalina, who is the narrow favourite. The filly won at Wagga first-up, breaking her maiden on her first attempt. Last time out, she was caught wide but stuck on bravely to finish fourth. She’s due for some luck now, and I think she’ll get it here, at a track she’s already won at.

Stats and Insights

  • Retainer is in strong form this campaign with two wins and was impressive winning last start at Sunshine Coast. She looks well placed to go on with it in Race 4 at Sunshine Coast.
  • Bold Suitor was a winner first-up this prep and was narrowly beaten as favourite last start at Pakenham. He looks ready to return to the winner’s circle in Race 6 at Sale.
  • Ritualize has been consistent to start the career and just missed last start at the Sunshine Coast when resuming. He looks ready to go here in Race 7 at Sunshine Coast.
