Kicking today off in Race 4 at Werribee, and it’s hard to go past the favourite, Best Terms. The gelding has been impressive without breaking through for his first victory in his short career. With back-to-back placings at Seymour and Ballarat, I think he looks ready to get the win today. He draws better for this one and gets the conditions to suit.

Staying in Werribee now, I’m looking at Biologics to take out the win. It’s a pretty big field, but I like what the filly has been doing at the trials recently. After winning on debut, she raced in some competitive company without any success. She’s been back to the trials since, and looks ready to kick off this prep in the best way possible.

Wrapping up today in Hawkesbury, and it’s hard to go past The Big Blue in the last race of the day. Plenty of money has been coming for the gelding, and this is the same track he broke his maiden at two runs ago. Jockey Zac Lloyd sticks with the 4YO, and he has never finished lower than second on all three runs at this track. A lot to like.
