Pride Of Jenni lines up for the 2026 Feehan Stakes as the favourite, and in this small field, she should be putting them all away. The mare is already a two-time winner of the Feehan Stakes, and based on her recent trials, she looks ready to go first up. Declan Bates is in the saddle once again, and the pair draw barrier three. The field has a lot of quality in it, but she looks to be a step above.

Heading to Dubbo now, and I think there’s still a smidge of value around Puffin. The 4YO is looking for a hat-trick of wins today after getting the chocolates at both Gunnedah and Dubbo. I don’t think the extra 100m should be an issue, and a repeat performance of last time out should be good enough to topple the favourite, even from barrier 11. She also gets a 2kg weight relief thanks to Gabrielle Johnston.

Quick Analysis:

It’s the Manikato Stakes, raced at Caulfield this year, and I think the market has it right with Beiwacht. The 4YO took out the Memsie Stakes last time out at this track. He drops back to 1,200m for this one, where he hasn’t won yet, but I think the time is now! He draws barrier three, which looks ideal, and Nash Rawiller takes the saddle once again. He’ll be difficult to hold out.

  • Maximum Output comes from an astute stable and won at Rockhampton two runs back this prep. He can return to winning form in Race 4 at the Sunshine Coast.
  • Draw Attention placed as favourite at Gold Coast last start and now drops back to non-metro grade. She can atone and get the win in Race 7 at the Sunshine Coast.
  • Creative Righteous has two wins from six starts this campaign and just missed as favourite at Taree last start. He can bounce back today in Race 7 at Port Macquarie.
