Quick Analysis:

Kicking off today in Queanbeyan with Pearler, who presents good value at around the $4.60 mark. She is a last-start winner here at Queanbeyan, also in a BM58. Three runs back, she was also a winner here at this track in a BM58. Molly Bourke is back in the saddle, and she’ll carry the same weight as last time out. Barrier three also looks ideal, so there’s plenty to like.

Breakout looks to be the value pick in my eyes, and I think he is capable of beating the favourite here. The gelding draws the rails and tackles this one first-up. He broke his maiden last time out in June at Muswellbrook, and it certainly wouldn’t surprise me to see him go two-from-two here. His recent trials were good, and he gets in light at the weights as well.

Quick Analysis:

Wrapping up today in Wangaratta with Vaderlee, who is the narrow favourite at the time of writing. I’m expecting some natural improvement as he tackles this one second-up after a middle-of-the-pack finish last time out at Cranbourne. The 5YO gets the blinkers off for the first time, and this one does look like an easier task compared to his first-up run.

Stats and Insights

  • Langlo Crossing won first-up this prep and placed at Port Macquarie last start despite being unwanted in betting. He can continue his consistent form in Race 6 at Beaumont.
  • Jade Trees won at Grafton on a Soft track last start and has recorded three wins from four starts this campaign. He can continue his outstanding form in Race 7 at Beaumont.
  • Soul Lady boasts strong form at Queanbeyan and looks a key runner in this field. She should feature prominently as the favourite in Race 7 at Queanbeyan.
